To purchase these gift experience vouchers online, please follow this quick and easy process:
1. Select your vouchers: You can pick any number of experience vouchers and add them to your shopping basket.
2. Online checkout: Give your shopping basket a quick check and complete the remaining steps to finish your booking.
3. Emailed to your inbox: Then sit back and wait for your e-voucher to arrive in your inbox with a unique code that can be used straight away.

Terms and Conditions:
- Chill Factore Gift Experience Vouchers are valid as full payment towards the stated activity
- Gift Experience Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Experience Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Gift Experience Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period and cannot be extended or redeemed after this date.
- Gift Experience Vouchers can be redeemed online or by calling our Booking Line on 0161 749 2222, check the expiry date and the balance of your voucher.
- Chill Factore treat Gift Experience Vouchers as cash and therefore will not accept liability for lost or stolen vouchers.
- Chill Factore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Christmas gift vouchers and gift experience vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, at its discretion, if it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
