New GCSE Competitive Sessions!
This year GCSE PE students can access a slalom course on Monday evenings exclusively when the slope is closed to the general public!
Our sessions will assist GCSE P.E. students to meet the criteria set by the exam boards for Skiing or Snowboarding. On the main slope there will be two slalom courses with 10 students per slalom. Our expert instructors will be on hand to set the course, time the runs and provide any feedback which may help teachers mark the students progress. The sessions will be held on Monday evenings on selective dates.
9th September 2019, 16th September 2019 and 23rd September 2019.
Session times:
6.30pm-7.30pm – SNOWBOARD ACCESS ONLY
7.30pm-8.30pm
8.30pm-9.30pm
There will be a maximum of 20 students per 1 hour session.
Snowboard students will only be able to book the earlier session due to
snow movement increasing difficulty in later sessions.
Responsibility for filming will reside with the student/teacher who
is taking part/observing. The balcony situated over the main slope or
the base of the slope provide teachers with a good vantage point for
filming.
The 1 hour session is £35.00 per person.
